Our Fulfillment Process
To provide you with the best experience and reduce our environmental footprint, we use a made-to-order system powered by Printify. This means your items are only printed once you place an order.

Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your custom item to be printed and quality-checked before it is shipped.

Smart Order Routing: We use an automated routing system to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. If our primary print provider is unavailable or a closer facility can fulfill your order faster, the system will automatically route your order to a different high-quality print lab.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are not fixed; they are calculated at checkout based on your specific geographical location.

Location-Based Pricing: The final shipping fee is determined by the distance between the fulfilling print lab and your delivery address.

Calculated at Checkout: To view your exact shipping cost and estimated delivery date, please enter your address during the checkout process.

Multiple Packages: Because we route orders to the most efficient locations, items in a single order may occasionally ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. Please be aware of the following:

Customs & Duties: Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress from the print facility to your door.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HinkyPunk Skate Co, all of our products are made-to-order. This means that when you place an order, we print that specific item just for you. Because of this custom process, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item (wrong size/design/color), we will make it right!
What to do:

Contact us at info@hinkypunk.co.uk or use our chat assistant within [e.g., 30 days] of delivery.

Please include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue (the damage, the print error, or the size tag).
Our Resolution:

Once verified, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.
2. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the design.

Incorrect Size Selection: Please consult our Size Chart [Link to Size Chart] before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

Color Preference: Variations in monitor settings may cause colors to look slightly different in person.
Note: We strongly encourage you to double-check your size and color choices before finalizing your purchase.
3. Order Cancellations
We work quickly to get your order into production.

Cancellations are only possible within [e.g., 2 to 12] hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been sent to our printing partner and entered the production phase, we can no longer cancel or modify it.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
